Call for Papers

The Philosophy Society of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is pleased to announce that it will be holding an Undergraduate Philosophy Conference, October 26th-27th, 2007.  All undergraduate students are encouraged to submit papers on any topic of philosophical interest.

 

$100 Prize Will Be Awarded for the Best Paper

 

Submission Deadline: September 28th, 2007

 

Submission Guidelines:

  • Papers should be 10-12 pages in length (20-25 minutes presentation time).
  • All personally identifying information should be removed from the body of the paper.
  • A cover sheet including your name and contact information should be attached separately.

There is NO Registration fee for the 2007 Siue Philosophy Conference. Our conference is free to everyone!

Going straight at the stop light (instead of following 157 to the right) will bring you  straight to the campus core. If you stay on Illinois 157 (by veering right at the stop light), you will come to the main entrance at the eastern edge of the campus. Pay parking is available in Visitor Lot B. Persons with disabilities may park in the disability parking spots in Visitor B.
